Moving your body is one of the best ways to improve your mood and your health, and that’s what this challenge is all about. No magic. No wizardry. Just 21 days of exercises twice a day, built for any time and any location, no equipment needed. Please begin by watching the instructional video or reviewing your workout chart to familiarize yourself with the exercises. Objective: Complete 30 repetitions of each prescribed exercise. Pacing Guidelines: This routine is self-paced and not intended to be performed in an aerobic or continuous circuit style. However, to maintain workout intensity and effectiveness, ensure that no more than five minutes elapse between completing one exercise and commencing the next. Let's get started and work towards achieving your fitness goals!
